Sea Doo Requirements
- Operators must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license along with a major credit card for a $500.00 damage authorization.
- Operator must pay for the fuel that they use during the rental.
- Operators must speak and read English fluently to understand rules and orientation.
Boater's Education
Sea Doo Requirements
Anyone born on or after January 1, 1986, operating a motorboat, PWC, or sailboat in Arkansas is required by law to pass a boater safety course and to carry a boater education card.
